Refund Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you change your mind we accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached) within 15 days of the delivery date. Due to the nature of our products and its handmade process, we cannot accept returns for products outside of the 15 day timeframe. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Final Sale - For any items purchased as final sale, these styles are unable to be returned unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer. BLACK FRIDAY and CYBER MONDAY SALE are considered FINAL SALE. 

International Orders: Are considered final sale. 

Exchanges- If you want to exchange any items, you’ll simply need to place a new order for those items. We suggest letting us know if you are planning to order a new size or colorway when you contact us regarding your return so we can provide you as smooth a process as possible with your new order.
